Deposits/Purchases (Moneys paid...........BORING BUT VERY IMPORTANT)

We sell on a first come-first sold basis.
   -This is because puppies do not stay puppies and we believe that they need to be placed as soon as possible       
     to have the ultimate opportunity to bond with the family.
   -It is also the best time to transport as puppies are more resilient and bounce back quickly from
   transporting and keeps the puppy from being held and missing the chance of being placed sooner.

If you desire to buy making payments you will need to arrange a purchase from a new litter.
(Email us to be notified of new litters.)

With a $100 fro dachshund, $200 deposit for basset [$300 for dobermann puppies], we will hold any puppy up to  
        7 weeks of age or as prior
     arranged and placed on the total cost due.
We believe that one should be sure of their commitment; therefore, this deposit made on a specific breed
   pup is non-refundable except in (very rare) cases that the animal becomes ill and can not be shipped within       
   10 days of delivery or dies ...then all moneys will be refunded or held for payment on next litter after discussion         
   with buyer.  
We PREFER not take deposits on unborn pups at this time DUE TO THE POLICY OF NO REFUNDS.
   -Any deposit made will then be placed on the NEXT litter of pups and will put you on a waiting list to notify you as      
    puppies are born. Sometimes it is much more efficient to mark YOUR calendar and call ME a few days after the          
    due date as our server ans electric company has wiped out our computer data and destroyed it twice by the                  
    inconsistant service and many power surges.

Please be sure you want to purchase the dog..... A puppy should be a forever commitment.
   -If you should change your mind about purchasing the dog after moneys have been paid, be sure to contact      
     us...we understand that sometimes situations occur that the money just isn't there when the puppy is                
     ready...for this reason we encourage buyers to pay as time passes..  
    -The amount of the deposit will NOT be refunded but may be placed on a puppy from the NEXT litter up to 1 year     
      with written (or email) notice.
    -IF the puppy has been paid in full and has reached 7 weeks of age and no written notification is given as to      
     the change of purchase, then the deposit will be forfeited plus other costs incurred and will be deducted           
     which may include additional wormings, interstate vet certificate cost,  $50 for each lost sale, boarding at         
     $3 per day for each additional days before notification, additional inoculations, cost of relisting for sale           
     BEFORE THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF PAYMENT IS RETURNED. As Granny said "Plan ahead, if ya         
     can't pay the necessities, don't commit to pay fer something else!"
Puppy MUST be paid in full and moneys arrived by 7 weeks old and, if planned, before shipping (unless
     previously approved by breeder).
    -If moneys have not arrived, the shipping will be delayed and boarding will be incurred at $3/day beyond          
     expected shipping date (unless previously approved).
    -A puppy that is left "in limbo" at 8 weeks, WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT WITH BREEDER, will be          
     placed back on market and deposit forfeited.

Ears - no guarantee is made for standing...its up to your persistence
  - For buyers that want a cropped dog, we recommend you have them done at your own vet. That way you can get the crop you want.
You will have support of vet to supervise and help in case of difficulty or needed help. In rare cases, there are those that require help
do to exorbitant prices, we will work to get your pups ears cropped (medium is recommended) if possible.

   -But - If you are purchasing a dobermann that is 10 weeks old, an additional cost of $350 (sorry vets prices are creeping up) will  be     
    added to the price to cover ears being cropped.  EARS WILL NOT BE LEFT NATURAL AFTER 10 WEEKS WITHOUT     
     PAYMENT IN FULL AND $350 PAYMENT WILL BE INCURRED IF POSSESSION IS NOT TAKEN BY 10 WEEKS FOR
    CROPPING EXPENSE.

STEP #1   Making Payment FOR PUPPY
(puppy will only be held one (1) business day "pending" without proof of monies sent)

This for your protection and proof as well as mine.
Buyers and I have sweated many time because a tracking number was not acquired to guarantee delivery.
GET PROOF OF DELIVERY.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MONEYS AND WILL NOT GIVE CREDIT IF NOT
RECEIVED.
AND
2.  Email me tracking number and Money Order # so I can verify payment is sent.
This is for your protection as well as mine.
FedEx and UPS can be sent overnight and WILL reach my next day.

(Many article warn about this method but we have used it many many times to pay bills and have found it
reliable... if you wish to use this service please do the following;
email me the amount you are sending,
email REFERENCE CLAIM NUMBER.................your NAME used on money gram,
your PHONE NUMBER AS LISTED ON MONEYGRAM
and time wired... this will get to me the same day..

[WHY WE DON'T USE PAYPAL.....I'm sorry but we no longer accept Paypal for any payment  We use
to use them until a buyer purchased 2 basset pups (1 from us, and 1 from another person). the pup she got
from the other person was shipped 2 days prior to her pup (from us) was due to ship. The other pup had Parvo
so she stopped payment on the Paypal for us. This froze our account for 90 days. And that was where we stored
our shipping funds for ALL pups. Well ...guess what happened to the shipping funds of the pups to be shipped
during the next 2 weeks? YEP...we really had to scramble to borrow a large amount of funds to keep our word
to other buyers!!!  For this reason, we no longer use Paypal so we can keep our word to our buyers...
we are a small breeder, not a mega kennel.]

CHECKS
If you are placing a deposit or full payment on a young dog less than 6 wks. old, we will accept a
personal/business check but will not be credited for 5-14 days in order to clear the bank and the last choice
puppy will be held pending for 15 days or until check has cleared. If check clears before other pups are
reserved/sold, you will be placed in the next available slot. The puppy will not be allowed to ship or pickup
until check has cleared.

If your check is returned, there is a $50 charge ... you will be notified and have 24 hours to try an alternate type
of payment WITH the additional charge..

STEP # 2   Payment for SHIPPING  if needed       
At this time Shipping cost to us is $300, 350 if pup is 10 wks or older ...
we use American Airlines when possible which is the least expensive for our area.
The breakdown of cost is as follows but subject to change without notice to me OR buyer:
crate $40, vet. interstate travel certificate required by airline $40, airfare $215-225 (subject to change
depending on airline cost and which airline was necessary if AA is NOT available),
gas to airport 190 mile trip:we donate.

A.  Notify me with preference of airport, please give 2 if possible...international airports work best.

These are required by airline before arrangements can be made.

PLEASE NOTE:: Puppy will be shipped within 4-14 days after receiving full payment made, dependent on
method of payment, schedule for vet certification, flight schedule/availability, and weather temperatures

(Airlines will not ship if the temperature any where pup leaves, lands and arrives has a forecast of more than 85
degrees for the high or 35 degree low forecasted for that day. We will continue to ship daily until flight can be
arranged or transfer will be successful and notice given to buyer of each incident.
If, due to difficulty flying, the buyer decides to travel for pick up, the shipping fees will be refunded either in
full if no expense has been incurred or fees for planned partial delivery.)

REMEMBER:  NO puppy will be shipped until all cost and/or shipping are received.

Puppies over 6 weeks that have been paid in full will be held 14 days for pickup without charge and $3/day
thereafter unless other agreement is made..
